Education

I graduated in 2003 from James Madison University with a Master of Science Degree in Technical and Scientific Communication. I specialized in a cognate study of Educational Technology.


As an undergraduate at JMU, I achieved a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Design. I concentrated on multimedia writing and telecommunication studies. I also graduated in only three years while participating as a full-time varsity athlete.

  • Work with Cox Communications support team to standardize, update, and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
  • Provide project management and planning support for Customer Care group involvement in new product releases in individual Cox markets as well as system-wide rollouts.
  • Provide content development and management of the technical support portions of Cox.com.
